A product company that specializes in software development for the real estate industry in the USA.
The client approached us with a request to develop an electronic system that would automate the work of realt estate managers as well as maintain a database of real estate objects with full descriptions. We were entrusted with the development of the back-end and front-end parts of the system.
During the collaboration, our team was able to develop a professional tool, that provides convenient property management and accounting for a variety of incoming real estate requests while automating the painstaking effort of collecting market data to send to potential customers.
The platform has an impressive information base and quick search functionality. A large number of settings and filters facilitate time losses during the search process for the required information.
Main functionality:
Work with databases of real estate objects
Ability to enter a large amount of multi-faceted information with up to 300 fields about a real estate item (e.g. infrastructure description, utilities, square, form of ownership, geo-location, price, placement into service, building materials, etc.)
Maintain a client database
Selection of objects for individual customers, depending on requests, through an electronic system according to key characteristics
Customizable sales funnels
The option to set access rights to any functions of the system for each employee
Electronic accounting of documents
Capability to publish real estate objects on the websites of real estate agencies

For any property in the system, it is possible to attach photos and accompanying documentation for the most complete presentation to a potential consumer.
Furthermore, this system is not isolated; it interacts with MLS (multiple listing service) databases—where the data regarding offers for sales / rentals is stored.
